We prefer to not use any artificial extracts and particularly love vegan cakes that involve using fresh fruit and flavourings.
We’re also able to provide gluten free vegan cakes should you need a cake to be that little more safe for people with a gluten intolerance or who have Coeliac disease. Recognising that great tasting gluten free cakes are actually surprisingly hard to source, we use our own blend of gluten free cake flour which enables a superior moistness to be retained in your cake.
Because we only book in one cake a week it means that if you need a vegan or gluten-free cake there’s no chance of any cross-contamination. We have dedicated equipment and a separate working space for gluten-free cakes so whilst our kitchen isn’t 100% gluten-free, the risks are vastly reduced.
Maybe you’re not looking for a vegan cake and just need egg-free? Or possibly just dairy-free. Either way, we can cater for all preferences and will always be happy to discuss each cake on a personal one-to-one basis.
