Baking Classics Class

Spend a day in the Cuppies kitchen and learn the skills and techniques behind some of our signature classic bakes in this hands-on baking class which will equip you with the confidence to make a wide variety of baked goods at home.

Creating perfect cakes and bakes requires a keen understanding of not just the ingredients and methods, but also why things go wrong. Once you’ve mastered a few essential techniques your baking possibilities are endless. This class will teach you have to bake (and decorate) a perfect light and fluffy Victoria sponge, a zingy lemon drizzle loaf cake and a tray of fudgy indulgent chocolate brownies. At the end of the class, you’ll take home a wonderful selection of cakes all securely boxed up and ready to enjoy.

This class is suitable for all skill levels – 16+
There will most likely be some kind of sweet treat to nibble on but no food is provided.
An apron will also be provided so you don’t need to worry about bringing your own.

Terms & Conditions:

Please check your dates carefully before booking a class as we are unable to offer refunds.
The studio and equipment will be cleaned thoroughly before each class and throughout the class as and when necessary.
If you are unable to make the class due to COVID-19 related reasons, you must inform us by emailing orders@cuppiesncream.co.uk by 5pm the day before the class at the very latest, and we will arrange credit for a new class. Proof may be required.
If two or more students cancel a class, for whatever reason, we will always try to fill the space so the class can go ahead, but if this isn’t possible the class will be postponed.
